Penweet (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a creative community platform for designers and agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using portfolios, stories, teams, jobs, messaging, and privacy settings.

1. Information we collect
  • Account details such as name, email address, password, Penweet ID, and public profile information you choose to share.
  • Portfolio content, stories, messages, team memberships, follows, blocks/reports, job interactions, and other activity you create on the platform.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies needed for session and security.
  • Optional OAuth identity data if you sign in with Google or Facebook.
2. How we use information
  • To create and manage your account and public profile.
  • To display your creative work, enable messaging, teams, follows, privacy controls, and job discovery.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse, process reports/blocks, and improve product reliability.
  • To send important account notices such as email verification and security alerts.
3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers that help us host and operate Penweet, or when required by applicable law of the country where Penweet operates. Public profile and portfolio content you choose to publish is visible according to your privacy settings.

4. Your choices
  • You can update profile, privacy, and notification settings from your account.
  • You can block users and report content that violates community standards.
  • You can request account deletion from Settings.
  • You can control cookie preferences through your browser.
5. Data retention and security

We retain account and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. International users

Penweet may process information in the country where Penweet operates and in locations where our service providers maintain infrastructure. Where required, we take steps consistent with applicable law to protect cross-border transfers.
